Club reports are due to State Chairmen by February 15.  A list of State Chairmen can be found 
on the Programs page. Contact the State Chairman if you have questions about how to complete the report. Thank you!

Monetary donations can be made to the fund of your choice. Send a check or money order to the Treasurer or Chairman listed on the applicable fund below payable to OFWC and the Fund Name listed on the form. Please click on the fund (Endowment, Fine Art Scholarship, and Scholarship Loan and Fellowship Fund) that you would like to make your donation.
