Portland Woman’s Club is affiliated with the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs (GFWC.org) headquartered in Washington, DC and the GFWC Oregon Federation of Women’s Clubs. We will be celebrating 130 years of community service in 2025. Join us and live the Volunteer Spirit!
Our meetings this club year will be on the second Thursday of the month at 11:30am, October through June at the Sellwood Community House, 1436 SE Spokane St., Portland. The meeting in September 2024 will be on Thursday, September 5th.
Through our scholarship program for women our club members have gained friendships and a sense of belonging while being part of our service projects in our community.
Diversity, community outreach, and mentoring are our goals. Members are encouraged to bring community concerns to club meetings for consideration as a service project.
Our speakers are selected by our members and always generously share their expertise, which leaves our members informed on current topics.
We offer members opportunities to learn new skills, fun social activities, community service, and friendship.
